Do I need any fitness experience to start?

Not at all. Many women come to AlignHer after years away from exercise, after having children, or while managing injury or pain. Everything starts with where your body is today — never where someone thinks it should be.

What happens in the free consultation?

It's a relaxed conversation about where you are now, what your body needs and how the AlignHER Method can support what you'd like to change. There's no pressure and no obligation — just an honest chat about the most supportive way forward for you.

I'm going through perimenopause or menopause. Is this for me?

Very much so. Hormone-aware strength training and nervous-system support through perimenopause and menopause are at the heart of AlignHer. Your training, energy and recovery are approached with your stage of life in mind.

How does online coaching work?

You receive personalised programming, technique guidance and regular check-ins through your phone, wherever you live. It's structured, accountable and adjusted as your body and life change.

Can I cancel my app membership?

Yes — the AlignHer app membership is $25 per week and you can cancel anytime. No lock-in contracts, no awkward conversations.

Where are you based?
